O Human Star is a 2012 Queer Press Grant winner!
Big exciting news! I just learned that O Human Star is one of two comics that have received the 2012 Queer Press Grant! The QPG is an annual grant established by Prism Comics in 2005 to encourage the publication of LGBT-themed works. This year, O Human Star shares this amazing honor with Christine Smith's The Princess, a very sweet comic strip that also stars a transgender girl. Congratulations to Christine Smith, and thank you THANK YOU Prism Comics!
